Run the extra mile

Make sure that your today is always better than yesterday. Before going to sleep take down things which you regret not having done today and for one second wished that you should have done it and make sure tomorrow you do atleast one of those. Let me warn you before hand even the next day when the time for execution comes you will feel like "let it go" but there you need to take control of your will power and under any circumstances you must execute it. It is such a powerful tool to develop rock solid will power and strength. It can be anything like getting up early in the morning, going for jog, running the extra mile, doing the extra push ups, reading a book, starting some work etc. etc..
